1win Deposit Not Credited
I made a deposit of ₹2100 to my 1win account (Customer ID: 338529***) on 3 June using Navi UPI, but although the amount was deducted from my bank, it has not been credited to my 1win balance. The payment reference for this transaction is 002611381915. After noticing that the money was not added to my account, I contacted 1win customer support and reported the issue. However, despite my complaint, the problem has not been resolved and my deposit is still missing. I request that my ₹2100 either be immediately credited to my 1win balance or refunded back to my bank account linked to Navi UPI as soon as possible.
