I am raising a serious and urgent complaint regarding the sudden and permanent blocking of my Instamatch gaming account and the uncertainty surrounding my recent withdrawal. On 23 February 2026 at 04:11 AM, I placed a withdrawal request of ₹38,386 via bank transfer. This transaction appears in my Instamatch transaction history as “Successful” under the order ID 6713493W1771800106. However, on 25 February 2026 at around 12:00 PM, my Instamatch account was suddenly blocked without any prior warning or clear explanation. I reached out to Instamatch support, and they replied that the service provider has blocked my gaming account due to non-compliance with the terms and conditions, and that my account will be permanently blocked and they are unable to assist further. I have never received any earlier warning, email, SMS, or detailed notice explaining which rule I supposedly violated, and I have always tried to use the platform in line with its terms and conditions. The generic message about “non-compliance” does not explain what specifically is being alleged or how this decision was reached. I request a clear and detailed explanation of the exact reason and evidence for blocking my account and marking it as permanently closed, as well as clarification on whether this action is related to KYC verification, any security review, or a specific alleged violation. I also request an immediate re-evaluation of this decision, reinstatement of my account if there is no valid reason for a permanent ban, and clear confirmation regarding my withdrawal of ₹38,386 that was marked as successful. I ask that this matter be treated as urgent and that I be provided with a proper response, including a clear timeline for resolution. If this situation is not resolved fairly and promptly, I will have to consider escalating the matter through appropriate consumer complaint and regulatory channels.
