I Withdrew ₹99,999 From Instamatch365 but Never Received It

I am filing this complaint regarding a transaction on Instamatch365 where my winnings were withdrawn but never credited to my bank account. On April 20 at around 1:46 a.m., Instamatch365 initiated a withdrawal of ₹99,999 to my Canara Bank account, but the amount has still not been received.

I have already raised this issue and received a support ticket with the number 1385247. Despite this, the problem remains unresolved, and my winnings are still missing. This situation is extremely concerning, as a high-value amount has been deducted but has not reached my bank account.

I request that Instamatch365 urgently trace this transaction and ensure that the full amount of ₹99,999 is either credited to my Canara Bank account immediately or refunded without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation for why this issue occurred and confirmation once the transaction has been successfully completed.
