Telegram Account Suspended and Access to Chats Still Blocked
My Telegram account has been frozen since around June 10, and when I try to access it I receive the message “Your account has been suspended”. Because of this, I cannot enter my chats or the entertainment groups where I usually participate. I contacted Telegram support about this issue and they replied that I had already submitted a complaint recently and that the supervisors of their team will review it as soon as possible, thanking me for my patience. However, my account is still frozen and I have not received any further information or a concrete solution. I kindly request that my account be reviewed again, that it be unfrozen, and that I be allowed to access my chats and entertainment groups as before, or that I at least receive a clear explanation of the reason for this restriction.
