I am writing regarding a serious issue with the withdrawal of my game winnings from the Instamatch Ice Fishing game. On May 3, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of ₹2,500 (approximately $30 USD) from my Instamatch account.

The withdrawal was requested via UPI through Google Pay, with the funds supposed to be credited to my State Bank of India account in India. However, since the withdrawal request date, the money has never arrived in my bank account, nor has it appeared even temporarily during processing. I am still waiting for the payment.
I have contacted Instamatch customer support multiple times regarding this issue and provided every piece of information they requested, including my bank statement and transaction details. Despite fully cooperating and submitting all requested documents, I still have not received the ₹2,500 withdrawal, nor have I been given any proper explanation about where my money currently is.
This ongoing delay and lack of transparency are causing me serious frustration and concern because I expected the payment to be completed long ago. I request that Instamatch urgently trace this missing withdrawal and transfer the ₹2,500 to my State Bank of India account through UPI (Google Pay) without any further delay.
If there is any issue with the transaction, I expect a clear, documented, and transparent explanation regarding what happened to my withdrawal request and when exactly I will receive my money.
