On March 10 at around 10:50, I used the Instamatch app to withdraw ₹18,000 to my SBI bank account. In the Instamatch app, the transaction is shown as successful, and the amount has already been deducted from my account.
However, the ₹18,000 has not been credited to my SBI bank account.
This situation is extremely worrying and frustrating. After noticing that the money was missing, I contacted Instamatch support, but I was only told to wait for two hours, and the issue still has not been resolved.
At this point, my money is stuck, and I have no clear information about where it is, which makes me feel that the app may not be safe or reliable.
I request that the ₹18,000 withdrawn on March 10 at around 10:50, which appears as a successful transaction in the Instamatch app, be urgently traced and either credited to my SBI bank account or refunded back to me immediately.
I also request a clear explanation regarding this transaction and the reason for the delay.
