Instamatch Withdrawal Showing Successful But Not Credited To My Bank Account
I am writing regarding a serious issue I have experienced with the Instmatch 365 betting app. On 17 February 2026 at 11:24 p.m., I requested a withdrawal of my winning amount of ₹9,00,000 through UPI. In the Instmatch 365 app, the withdrawal status is shown as “successful” in the withdrawal history, yet the money has still not been credited to my bank account. It has already been more than four days since the withdrawal request was made, and the delay is causing me significant concern, especially given the large amount involved. The order ID for this withdrawal shown in the app is 6213958W1771350782. I contacted Instmatch 365 customer support about this problem, and they informed me that the amount would be credited within 7 to 14 days. However, since the transaction is already marked as successful in the app, I am worried about where my money currently is and whether it has actually been processed correctly. I request that this withdrawal be urgently traced and the ₹9,00,000 amount be credited to my account without any further delay, or that I be clearly informed of the exact status and reason for the hold-up. I also expect a clear written confirmation once the transaction is completed.
