I Cannot Access My B.C. Games Account Due To “Temporarily Unavailable” Error

I have been using a B.C. Games account registered from Nigeria for about two months. However, for more than a month now, I have been completely unable to log into my account because the system continuously displays a message saying that my account is “temporarily unavailable.”
This issue has persisted without interruption, and during this entire period I have had no access to my account at all. My account currently contains a balance of approximately 17,700, but because I am locked out, I cannot manage my account, verify any information, or withdraw my funds.
The message shown on the login screen instructs me to contact customer support through recov****@bcgame.com, but since I cannot access the platform itself, I am unable to reach any live support or internal assistance directly through my account. This has left me without any practical way to resolve the problem.
I still know my username and all registration details connected to the account, and I am fully prepared to provide any necessary identity verification or supporting information required to confirm ownership and allow the matter to be properly reviewed.
I respectfully request that B.C. Games urgently review my account, restore my full access, and allow me to withdraw my existing balance of approximately 17,700 without any further delay. If there is any restriction or issue connected to my account, I also expect to receive a clear and detailed explanation regarding the exact reason for it instead of remaining locked out without proper information.
