My Account Blocked With Balance Inaccessible After 3 Years

I have been using my Instamatch gaming account for about three years, and recently my account was blocked without any explanation. My player account is very important to me and I have a balance of 8,500 in it, which I am currently unable to access because of this block. My Insamach365 gaming account details are as follows: User ID 2523***, username “Mas***” registered mobile number 8918750***. I use Instamatch on an Android device. I have requested that my account be unblocked, but so far my account remains blocked and I have not received a clear solution. I kindly request that my three‑year‑old Instamatch gaming account be urgently reviewed and unblocked, my access to my balance of 8,500 be restored, and if there is any issue or allegation related to my account, that it be clearly explained to me.
