Unexpected Ban From Umingle

I am writing regarding an automatic ban on my Umingle account, with ban ID 6aae885e. I access Umingle via Android using the Chrome browser. My account was banned about three days ago at around 2:00 a.m., and I believe this happened due to a misunderstanding by the automated system. In the conversation before the ban, the other person wrote “Vent ka sa'kin.” I thought this was a typo, so I replied “Bent ka sakin?” to correct what I believed was a spelling mistake. Right after that, I was automatically banned for an explicit message, even though my intention was only to correct what the other person wrote and not to send anything inappropriate. I kindly request that you review the chat logs around this conversation, reconsider the decision, and lift the ban on my account. I believe the system misinterpreted my message, and I would like to be able to use Umingle again under normal conditions.
