Deposits Missing After Google Pay Payments

I am writing regarding an issue with three Google Pay deposits that I attempted to make to my Stake account today, which have not been credited to my balance. All three payments were processed through Google Pay to “Totranzan Enterprises” and appear successfully in my Google Pay transaction history, but none of them show up in my Stake transaction history or balance. Between around 6:06 pm and shortly after, I tried to deposit a total of 6,000 via Google Pay into my Stake balance. Although these transactions are visible and completed in my Google Pay history, they are not reflected in my Stake account in any way, as if the deposits never happened. I tried to get support through the Stake site, but the site did not support me properly and I could not resolve the problem. I am therefore requesting that the full amount of 6,000 from these Google Pay transactions be credited to my Stake balance as soon as possible, or that you clearly investigate and resolve why these deposits are missing. I kindly ask you to review the transactions made via Google Pay to “Totranzan Enterprises,” match them with my Stake account, and credit the full amount to my Stake balance without further delay.
