Instramatch365 Blocked My Account and Withheld My ₹36,000 Balance

I have been using the Instramatch365 casino platform from Bangalore, India, and my account has been blocked for the last seven months. When I try to log in, I simply see that my account is blocked and I can no longer access it. At the time the block occurred, I had a balance of 36,000 in my Instramatch365 account, and I had made a withdrawal request through my usual payment method. After this withdrawal request, my account was blocked and my balance has still not been settled or paid to me. I contacted Instramatch365 customer support about this issue, but I did not receive any clear explanation regarding the reason for the block or the status of my balance. I was also not given any customer ID or ticket number for reference. I request that Instramatch365 urgently reviews my account, explains clearly why it was blocked, and settles my remaining balance of 36,000 by paying it to me without any further delay.
