Instamatch won’t process my withdrawal, money missing — how can I get it back?

If Instamatch won’t process your withdrawal and your money is missing, here’s how you can try to get it back;

Contact Instamatch Support;

• State that you submitted a withdrawal request but the money has not reached your account or wallet
• Provide the withdrawal ID/reference, amount, date & time you requested it
• Share your payment method details (bank/UPI/PayPal/wallet ID) where it was supposed to go
• Mention any in-app status messages
• Attach screenshots of the withdrawal page and your payment account showing no funds received

Ask them to;

• Confirm whether your withdrawal request was received and processed on their end
• Trace the transaction with their payment partners/gateway logs
• Release the funds if it’s stuck due to a system glitch
• Explain clearly why the payout hasn’t reached you

If Instamatch still refuses to fix it, share your experience and consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to push for a proper resolution and recovery of your funds.
