INSTAMATCH365 Put My ICE FISHING Payments Under Verification

I am writing regarding two pending withdrawal requests from my INSTAMATCH365 account that have not been processed as usual. I submitted one withdrawal of 5,000 on May 19, 2026, at 04:48 PM and another withdrawal of 5,000 on May 19, 2026, at 06:26 AM, both earned through the ICE FISHING section of your platform. Previously, my withdrawals were processed and paid without any issues, so this delay is unusual and concerning for me. When I contacted your support team, I was only told that both withdrawals are undergoing verification, that certain withdrawals require additional checks to assess gameplay, and that I should wait up to 24 hours for an update. However, I have still not received a clear explanation about what exactly is being verified or why my payments are on hold, even though similar withdrawals were released normally before. I respectfully request that you immediately release both of my 5,000 withdrawals, as has been done with my previous payments, or provide a clear and detailed explanation for the delay, along with a definite timeframe for completion of the verification. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible so that I can receive the funds I have legitimately earned through ICE FISHING.
