Please Help Me Get Back My Instagram Account

My Instagram account had been hacked, and the perpetrator was using my name to post false information. I was completely and utterly devastated by the message I received yesterday evening. I've squandered money and irritated many people by spamming them with my IBAN, but it doesn't appear to be working. My account contains memories from the last two years as well as connections with friends. I humbly request that you assist me in regaining access to my account. The hacker quickly changed their email address, leaving me unable to regain control of the situation. As a result of this situation, I am unable to close the account, making me a victim of it. At this point, I require immediate assistance.
