I am beyond frustrated after days of trying to get support from Instagram. My account has been hacked by malicious individuals who changed the email address linked to it, and now I can’t access it. Worse, they are using my account to deceive others in my name. Every time I try to recover it, I’m stuck because it asks for 6-digit and 8-digit two-factor authentication codes that I cannot provide.
I’ve written multiple messages to Instagram’s support page, but there’s been no response. I feel helpless and don’t know what else to do. Instagram, please take immediate action to secure my account and help me regain access. Your lack of support in such cases is unacceptable!
