I Lost Access to My Instagram After My Email and Password Were Changed Without Consent

I was trying to log into my Instagram account when I noticed something strange—my email had suddenly been changed, and my password too. Without any warning or action from me, my account was taken over. I can no longer log in, and every attempt to recover it has failed.
