My Instagram Account Got Hacked

My Instagram account was compromised by a third party, and I am unable to regain access to it despite submitting a video and my personal information to have my identity verified. When I try to reset the password for my email account, I am unable to retrieve the necessary information due to the two-factor authentication challenge. I filed a complaint, but it appears that nothing will be done. I've asked Instagram to delete the account because the hacker is misrepresenting themselves as me and using my personal information to deceive other users. I don't want it back; all I want is for Instagram to listen to these users' concerns and put an end to the scam.
