Instagram Two-Factor Authentication (Duo Mobile) Is Broken

I secured my Instagram account with two-factor authentication, then my account was compromised by someone else. I managed to change the password and recover the account, but two-factor authentication won't accept the codes no matter what I do. When I click on the "Get Support" button, it asks for a selfie, but there is no photo of me in my account. It then redirects me to the "https://www.instagram.com/hacked" page, but from there it's back to square one. I want a backup code to be sent to my e-mail address.
