My Friends Can't Share The Stories I Tag Them in on Instagram

I always check my settings and even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, my friends I tag in my stories can't share the story on their own profiles, haven't had this problem before in the past few months, so I'm not sure what caused it. I just made sure to check my settings and permissions, and now I can totally share stories when I get tagged. But my buddies who I tag in my stories can't share 'em on their own pages.  trying to figure it out. I'd really appreciate any advice or steps to fix this, 'cause it's been making Instagram less fun for all of us, it's such a great way to communicate and create shared memories.
