Instagram Blocks Me From Seeing My Friend’s Profile Without Us Blocking Each Other

I’m experiencing an issue on Instagram where my friend and I are unable to see each other's profiles, despite the fact that we haven't blocked one another. We’ve reviewed this together, and the problem continues to occur. I’ve reached out about the issue five times in the last two weeks, yet I still haven’t gotten any response or acknowledgement. I feel really disappointed and confused by the lack of communication and resolution from Instagram. I really appreciate using the platform and look forward to them resolving this issue promptly. I just need them to offer some help or direction so I can sort this out. I genuinely hope Instagram takes its users seriously and addresses this issue without delay.
