I Can't Login To My Account Via Instagram App

My Instagram account encountered a perplexing error just last night, and it's driving me insane. Due to this issue, I am still unable to access my account via the Instagram app. Worse, I can't even log in using a web browser; it simply won't let me. It's as if Instagram has shut the door on me. Despite Instagram's assurance that all features are operational, I am unable to access my account via the app. It's aggravating to see friends posting while I'm on the outside looking in. I urgently require a solution! Please assist me if you have had a similar problem or know how to solve it.
