Persistent Instagram Access Issues on My Phone, I Can't Login

I've been having some trouble with getting on Instagram on my phone. So, I've tried a bunch of things like uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but I'm still getting this annoying error message that says, "Can't access this page." This problem has been going on for, like, forever and it's been super annoying. Also, because I couldn't access my account for a long time, I'm worried that someone might have hacked my Instagram. Make sure you do what needs to be done to fix this situation ASAP. It's important to figure out how to get into my Instagram app and check if there are any security issues with my account.
