You can get a return from the store that charged you (Apple or Google) if you were charged twice for InShot Premium. InShot does not handle refunds directly. Start with how refunds work on your site.
On your iPhone, iPad, or Mac, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, log in, and then select "I'd like to" → "Request a refund."
Next, choose "Charged twice," pick the second charge, and click "Submit." Check out Subscriptions as well to stop or cancel future extensions.
On Android, use Google Play's refund process to ask for a refund (one request per duplicate charge is best); this works best within 48 hours. Keep track of progress in the same flow.
