Subscription For 39.99 Appears Out Of Nowhere From Go-innerly.com
On 2 September 2026 I noticed a charge of 39.99 USD on my account made by Go-innerly.com, shown as “pending” on my bank statement. I was never informed about any subscription with Go-innerly.com and I did not knowingly approve or consent to such a paid subscription. After seeing the 39.99 USD pending transaction, I contacted my bank regarding this unauthorized charge, but so far there has been no concrete response or solution and the transaction is still pending. I request that this unauthorized subscription be immediately cancelled, that the 39.99 USD charge be blocked or fully refunded, and that any future charges related to this subscription be prevented. I also ask Go-innerly.com to clearly confirm in writing that my subscription has been cancelled and that no further payments will be taken from my account.
