I am writing regarding an unauthorized charge of €39.99 taken from my VISA card on 02.07.2026 by Innerly / HELP INNERLY COM for educational services. I only made a single payment of €0.99 for one IQ test and did not approve or subscribe to any further service or recurring payments. Despite this, €39.99 was withdrawn from my account without my consent. I have not yet contacted Innerly or my bank about this issue. I request a full refund of the €39.99 that was taken without my authorization and confirmation that there are no active subscriptions or further charges linked to my card or account.
