Innerly.com Tried to Charge My Chime Visa $39.99 Without My Consent After a One-Time IQ Test

I am writing regarding an unauthorized subscription-related charge attempt from Innerly.com on my Chime Visa debit card. On June 18, 2026, Innerly.com attempted to charge me 39.99 USD without my consent. My only interaction with the platform was a one-time IQ test, and at no point did I knowingly subscribe to any recurring service or authorize any ongoing payments. After noticing this attempt, I was directed to this platform (Xolvie) to submit my complaint. I believe this situation is unacceptable, as I did not agree to any subscription or recurring billing, and I do not want any future attempts to withdraw money from my account. I request that any existing or created subscription on my name or card be fully canceled, that Innerly.com guarantees there will be no further charges or charge attempts to my Chime Visa debit card, and that I receive written confirmation that my data and payment details will not be used for any future billing.
