Innerly IQ Test Led to Unauthorized Subscription Payment

Some days ago I completed an IQ test on social media and, in order to receive the result, I was asked to enter my bank card details and was charged 0.99 USD. I accepted that small charge thinking it was a one‑time payment just to see the test result. On 16/08/2026 I then saw a new charge of 39.99 USD from HELP.INNERLY.CO on my account, even though I have never ordered, requested or knowingly accepted any subscription, service or product from this company for that amount. On my bank statement the charge only appears as HELP INNERLY.CO, without any clear explanation. I consider this charge to be unauthorized and misleading, because I was never clearly informed that entering my card for the IQ test would create any kind of recurring payment or subscription. I request the immediate cancellation of any subscription or membership that may have been created without my explicit consent and a full refund of the 39.99 USD already charged to my card. I also ask you to confirm by email that no further charges will be made to my account.
