Inglesina Vespa Stroller Wheel Broke on Its Own
The wheel on our Inglesina Vespa stroller broke on its own approximately one month ago. I noticed that the wheel had broken when I unfolded the stroller after having it folded away, and I was very disappointed to experience this kind of failure under normal use.
We purchased the stroller online, and I contacted the company through the support section of its website regarding the issue. However, I have not received any response whatsoever so far. I am experiencing significant inconvenience both because the stroller wheel broke on its own and because the company has failed to respond to my support request.
