ING Bank Won't Cancel Consumer Loan Deficit Insurance
I used a consumer loan with unemployment insurance of 50 000k from ING Bank. Unemployment insurance rejected my application even though I was unemployed. When I called ING Bank and said I wanted to cancel the insurance, ING Bank said you got the loan with this insurance. He said we cannot cancel the insurance. This bank is definitely a bank that operates with malicious intent and to victimize its customers. Stay away from this bank and do not use loans etc. unless you absolutely have to.

They canceled the insurance and refunded my money. However, the unemployment insurance turned out to be useless. Due to the frustration they caused, the feeling of being deceived, and their lack of assistance unless pushed for a solution, I don't plan to work with this bank again. Thank goodness for Şikayetvar.
