ING Canceled My Lifetime No-Fee Flypgs Card Without Notice and Refuses Free Cards

ING Bank does not provide free credit cards. Despite the regulation by the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency requiring banks to offer no-fee credit cards, they don’t comply! This place has completely turned into a banana republic. No one respects the law or regulations anymore—everyone does as they please! Out of nowhere, they canceled my Flypgs card, which was supposed to be lifetime no-fee. I relied on this card for many of my transactions, and now I am left without the promised benefits. There was an agreement between us, but they canceled the card without even notifying me. I’ve contacted their customer service, but they didn’t provide any satisfactory explanation. Now, they don’t provide a no-fee card at all. Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency! Are you seeing this?
