I am an ING Bank customer and on 31 January I applied for a loan of ₺500,000 via ING Bank mobile banking. Although I completed many steps, the process was prolonged and since I did not receive any SMS or e-mail, I assumed the loan was not approved; however, I later learned it was approved on 6 February and only noticed this by chance on 9 February, after which I immediately requested cancellation within the legal 15-day withdrawal period without using the loan at all. Meanwhile, the bank opened an overdraft/credit support account with a limit of ₺125,000 without my request, deducted approximately ₺36,000 from the ₺500,000 loan for “insurance and similar transactions” so that ₺462,000 was reflected in my account, then withdrew ₺36,742 from the support account during cancellation, and later refunded ₺34,202, causing me a loss of approximately ₺2,500 despite not using the loan and exercising my withdrawal right on time; therefore, I request a full refund of the deducted amount and the full repayment to my credit support account (Customer No: 32524939).
