Inat Box TV Won’t Connect – Server Error for Days

I have been unable to access Inat Box TV for days due to a persistent server connection error. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but it still doesn’t work—the same error keeps appearing.
I have no idea what the issue is or when it will be fixed, and there has been no clear communication from support. If this is a server problem, users should be informed about the expected fix time.
I need an immediate solution or at least an update on when the issue will be resolved. Is this going to be fixed, or should I stop waiting?
