If your bank shows an IMPS transfer as successful but the recipient didn’t receive it, first check whether the transaction is marked as successful, pending, or reversed using the IMPS reference number (RRN), because some credits are delayed at the recipient bank.
If the money hasn’t reached the recipient within a few hours, contact your bank’s customer support and raise an IMPS complaint using the RRN, date, and amount.
Banks can trace the transaction on the NPCI IMPS network and confirm whether it was credited, pending, or auto-reversed.
If support does not reply, you might want to consider posting a complaint on Xolvie in order to bring attention to the issue and try to find a solution.
