My $162 4rabet Withdrawal Is Missing Despite A Shared UTR Number

I made a withdrawal request on 09/05/2026 from my 4rabet account for an amount of 15,500 INR, with withdrawal token ID Rl37q8vA8J4XtzKYoJVxQ5CoLVJeJlcv. According to both 4rabet and their payment provider NowPayments, the funds were processed from their side on 09/05/2026, and 4rabet support later shared a UTR number 205740433856 as proof of a completed transaction. However, this money has never been credited to my bank account at Axis Bank in India. To prove this, I have already submitted my bank statement with bank stamp and email confirmation from the bank clearly stating that the funds were not credited to my account on that date, and that only a test 1 INR IMPS transaction initiated by Laxman (from the 4rabet payment provider side) appears. Despite this, 4rabet continues to state that the transaction is completed, and I have opened a support case under reference SUP-1439292 and requested an investigation. Since 18/05/2026 I have been following up on this issue and, as of 02/06/2026, I still have not received my 15,500 INR or any clear resolution from 4rabet. I am stuck between the payment provider and 4rabet, even though my bank confirms the money never arrived. I request that 4rabet immediately credits the 15,500 INR that is missing from this withdrawal to my Axis Bank account or otherwise resolves the issue promptly so that I receive my funds without any further delay.
