BC.Game Withdrawal Marked Successful, But Not Credited To Bank Account

I requested a withdrawal of ₹18,000 from my BC.Game account on 03/02/2026 via bank transfer/IMPS to my HDFC Bank account. In the BC.Game system, this withdrawal is shown as “successful,” and they have also provided me with a UTR number for the transaction. However, the amount has still not been credited to my HDFC account. When I contacted HDFC Bank with the given UTR, they informed me that there is no such transaction received in their system corresponding to that UTR number. After this, I reached out again to BC.Game support explained that the amount had not been credited despite the status being successful, and the bank not finding the transaction. BC.Game support simply told me to go to my bank and said they could not help me further, without actually resolving the issue or tracing the payment. I am stuck between BC.Game and HDFC, and my ₹18,000 is missing. My clear request is that BC.Game should either properly trace this failed transaction with the given UTR and ensure that the ₹18,000 is credited to my HDFC account, or refund the same amount back to my BC.Game balance without any further delay. I want this issue to be investigated seriously and resolved as soon as possible.
