Payment Not Credited

I am writing about a serious issue I experienced with the Batery betting site regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account. On 6 June 2026, I requested a withdrawal of 41,400 via IMPS. In the Batery system, the withdrawal status shows as successful, but the money has never been credited to my bank account. After noticing that the funds were missing, I contacted Batery customer support. At first they told me that the payment had been credited to my bank and that I should contact my bank for the money. My bank, however, has not received any such amount, and despite this, Batery has stopped responding to me and has not provided any proof of payment, reference number, or meaningful assistance. My clear expectation from Batery is that the full amount of 41,400 be immediately credited to my bank account without any further delay, or that they provide verifiable proof that the transaction was actually completed to my account. I also expect a clear and transparent explanation for this issue and for my previous complaints to be properly addressed.
