I Never Received My ₹47,000 4rabet IMPS Withdrawal

On April 5, I requested a withdrawal of Rs 47,000 from my 4rabet account via IMPS to my India Post Payments Bank account. In my 4rabet account, this withdrawal is clearly shown with the status “Paid Out,” but the amount has still not been credited to my India Post Payments Bank account. I also have the transaction reference ID for this IMPS transfer: 7qODqBrXk36zzz16SFpOVVf5YAY38zKi. After noticing that the money had not come into my bank account, I visited my India Post Payments Bank branch and informed them about the issue. The bank staff told me that they have not received any such transaction in my account at all. This has left me in a very difficult position because the money is shown as paid from the 4rabet side, but it is missing from my bank side, and I have not received any clear explanation from either side about where my Rs 47,000 is. I request that this issue be investigated urgently, my transaction be traced using the above reference, and my Rs 47,000 either be credited to my India Post Payments Bank account or the failed transaction be reversed immediately. I also request a written clarification on what went wrong in this transaction so that such a problem does not happen again.
