IMPS Withdrawal Marked Successful but Not Credited by Pari Match

My name is Jyoti Kum***. I attempted to withdraw an amount of ₹20,500 from Pari Match betting to my Indian Bank account number 7416425036 on 21 November 2025 through my betting ID 142249311. According to Pari Match, this was a payout transaction of ₹20,500 created on 21/11/2025 at 12:17:50 (UTC+0) with payment method pv_IMPS, transaction status shown as “Success”, transaction ID 163622280, and order ID 180542482. Despite this, the money has still not been credited to my Indian Bank account even after 4 months. In addition to this, I have one more withdrawal issue from my Pari Match betting account to account number 6450249433 in the amount of ₹4,500, pending for around 4.5 months, which has also not been credited. When I contacted the Indian Bank, they clearly informed me that there is no such deposit of ₹20,500 in my account. On the other hand, Pari Match support keeps insisting that the withdrawal has been processed successfully and that a ticket has been generated, but they have not provided any meaningful explanation, proof of final credit to my bank, or an effective solution. Due to this, I am stuck between the bank and Pari Match, and my total amount is effectively missing. I request that my ₹20,500 be immediately deposited into my Indian Bank account and that the pending ₹4,500 withdrawal to account number 6450249433 also be credited without any further delay. Considering the long delay and the distress caused, I also expect compensation of an additional ₹20,500. I want these issues to be investigated urgently and resolved in a clear and transparent manner.
