Withdrawal Not Received But Request Showing Completed

I am raising this complaint regarding a withdrawal issue I faced on the Batery Bet platform. On 6 May 2026, I placed a withdrawal request of ₹27,000 through IMPS to my Bank of India account. In the application, the withdrawal status is shown as “completed” but the money has not been credited to my bank account. For this withdrawal, I have a reference number: 12398140251. I checked my Bank of India statement and also contacted the bank, and they confirmed that no such ₹27,000 transaction has been received in my account. Despite this, the Batery Bet platform continues to show the withdrawal as successfully completed. I contacted Batery Bet customer care, submitted all the necessary documents, and followed their instructions. They replied that I should wait for five business days. However, it has now been almost one month and the problem is still not resolved, and I have not received any proper response or solution from their side. I request that my ₹27,000 be either credited immediately to my Bank of India account or, if that is not possible, re‑credited to my Batery Bet game account without any further delay. I also request a clear explanation of what happened to this transaction, based on the reference number I have provided.
