Incompetent iMile Service And Management

I am writing to complain about the repeated delivery problems I have experienced with Imile despite my address being very clear. My correct address is 45 Darcy Road, Wentworthville, NSW 21** (also written as 45 Darcy Road, South Wentworthville 21**). There is only one Darcy Road in Wentworthville, yet Imile has now had issues with my address six times and still fails to deliver correctly. This week I am again waiting for a package that has not been delivered because of the same address problem. I find it unacceptable that the same simple address is mishandled over and over, causing continuous delays and inconvenience. I request that my current package be delivered without any further delay to my correct address, and that this address is recorded and used correctly so that I do not experience this problem again.
