IKEA's 10-Year Warranty Falls Short

I bought a Pax wardrobe from IKEA because it said it came with a 10-year warranty. One of the wardrobe doors broke, which is a shame. I tried to email IKEA's customer service and also went to their store in Umraniye, but they haven't replied, and I still can't find a new door for my closet. It looks like IKEA is not backing up their warranty on this item. When something breaks and you can't get help under the warranty, it can be very frustrating. Companies need to keep their warranty promises and offer good customer service to make sure their customers are happy.
