IKEA Online Shop Problem

Hello, in July, we purchased 2 adjustable table underframes from IKEA. We couldn't assemble them right away due to our moving process, but we managed to set them up about a month later. When we assembled both of them at the same time, we noticed that one of them was uneven. We contacted IKEA about this issue, and they told us to send them photos so that an expert could assess the situation. We agreed and sent numerous photos. However, the expert determined that it was an assembly error, even though the leg itself (which came pre-assembled from IKEA) was already crooked from IKEA's production. Because we had no trouble assembling the other table and even placed another table on top of it perfectly. But no matter what we did, we couldn't fix the issue with the other underframe. We have been dealing with this situation for 4-5 months now, contacting them via phone three times and via email 2-3 times. However, the response we received was that the expert report could not be changed. In our most recent call, they told us that if we are not satisfied, we can write a letter of complaint to express our dissatisfaction. In summary, the defective product they sold us became our problem, and they didn't even attempt to address it. All I wanted was to replace the defective leg, but unfortunately, it seems this will end up in a legal matter.
