IKEA Professional Assembly Team Couldn't Install Boaxel Shelf



I bought a Boaxel shelving unit from Ikea online, also ordered Ikea's assembly service for a smooth setup. Unfortunately, the assembly process wasn't at all what they said it would be, def unprofessional...It was clear that the shelving unit was poorly assembled after assembly. Even the IKEA expert acknowledged the poor assembly and promised to send a qualified team to fix it. Despite these assurances, they haven't updated me. This lack of follow-up leaves me unsure of the solution, I want to complain about the whole process. Customers expect service and accountability, especially when the professional assembly is involved, where is it here?
