The Product I Bought From IKEA Was Damaged And I Cannot Return it
The desk I bought through IKEA's online store has reached me by owning it. Two pieces had cracks. When I reported the customer service situation, I was told to create a return request on the website and upload images of the damage. However, when uploading images, I get an error that the image continuous formats may not be correct, and I cannot create research for this result. But definitely don't judge that the format of the images is correct. When I contacted customer service repeatedly at different times to convey this situation, they told me to try again by changing my browser, as it may be an error with the internet browser. I tried all browsers and still got the same error. They told me to clear my browser history and try again, and I got the same error. They told me to take screenshots of the photos I took and try to upload them, but I got the same error again. I tried both from my computer and phone, I got the same error again. In short, I tried all possible alternatives, but I keep getting the same error, customer service says there is nothing they can do in this situation. But since I cannot use this product in such a damaged condition, I have to return it somehow. In this case, I am waiting for IKEA to come up with a solution so that I can create the return request and not victimize me anymore.
