IKEA Installation Service Failure – Paid but Assembly Not Completed

Regarding my order numbered 5534***06, I had an extremely negative experience today, March 31, 2026, due to the installation team sent to my address in Muratpaşa, Antalya. The service I received was far below the standards I expect from a globally recognized company like IKEA.

For the bathroom cabinet I purchased, I paid a total of approximately $170 USD, including the installation fee. However, the installation personnel who arrived failed to answer even the most basic questions I asked about the process. They were uncommunicative, dismissive, and lacked basic courtesy. This unprofessional attitude made me feel undervalued as a customer.

More importantly, instead of completing the installation or offering a solution, the personnel suggested that I could have the installation done by an external party. This effectively meant refusing to provide the service I had already paid for, which is completely unacceptable and does not reflect the brand’s standards.

As a result, they left my address without completing the installation, leaving my product unassembled and causing significant inconvenience.

I expect IKEA to provide a solution-oriented service, not create additional problems. Therefore, I request that a thorough investigation be conducted regarding the installation team assigned to my address in Muratpaşa, Antalya, and that I receive an urgent response.

I also request that the installation service I have already paid for be rescheduled and completed properly and without issues as soon as possible, and that the inconvenience I experienced be addressed.
