I bought my kitchen from Ikea but during the installation, they caused huge damage to the travertine floorings which were special series. The damage was right in the middle of the kitchen as well as the living room. I called Ikea and they visited to review and approved to pay around ¼ of the cost of the damage. Of course, this sum was not enough to totally fix the damage but to do a small makeup. So it will never be the way it was and my house, which I had built with care and a lot of cost, was damaged before I had a chance to move in.
