IKEA Outdoor Kitchen Debacle - Incomplete Delivery and Assembly

An outdoor metal kitchen set purchased from IKEA rusted and corroded without even being used. An inspection was carried out, and the replacement of the kitchen was approved. However, due to incomplete work by the staff managing the process, one of the units listed on the invoice was missing in the shipment. When the IKEA team arrived to assemble the newly delivered units and kitchen, they said, “We don’t handle kitchen installations.” A second team was sent, but because an incomplete work order had been issued, they only assembled two standalone units and left. They refused to install the sink, cabinet doors, and other components. The person in charge does not answer phone calls, and I am not allowed to speak with their manager. For days now, my kitchen remains in pieces—disassembled, with scattered parts, doors, and half-installed units left in a mess. And there’s no way to reach someone responsible.
The covers were not installed because the missing parts could not be supplied... The kitchen was not restored to its original state.
