IKEA Denies Brimnes Wardrobe Defect

We bought a Brimnes Wardrobe from IKEA Umraniye on October 21, 2023, and we put it together on our own. We found particle board under the label on the side of the wardrobe after taking it off. It looked like IKEA used the label to hide the faulty part of the product. They sent someone to check and they said we should have taken a photo before removing the label, implying that it was our mistake. They said it was because of the user's mistake. Even if we used a saw to take off the label, we wouldn't have been able to cause any damage that way. There's no scratch anywhere else, but we couldn't effectively explain this. When you're shopping at IKEA, make sure to be careful because they won't take responsibility for any problems with their products.
