Disputed Refund Request for Damaged Item Shipped by IKEA

My sibling, who lives in another city, gave me a 20-liter trash can from IKEA called Stabben as a gift on September 14, 2023. They asked me to have it shipped to me. Sorry, but the package got all messed up during shipping and there were no papers like a receipt or forms for returns or exchanges. I quickly snapped some photos of the defective product and sent them to my sibling, just like IKEA told me to. They gave me a return code and I dropped it off at Aras Cargo on September 15, 2023. Aras Cargo had no problem accepting the return. But then, on September 21, 2023, they sent me the same broken item again without even opening it, and I ended up getting charged more than 400 bucks for all the shipping back and forth. I didn't want to take the package. Since then, nothing has been done to return or refund the faulty product, and the product I paid for is still in a state of uncertainty. This has left me with less money because of the shipping fees. I sent the documents and images that IKEA customer service asked for on September 27-28. They confirmed that they received them, but I haven't heard anything else from them since then. I want my money back or a new product that isn't damaged as soon as possible. Let's not drag this out any longer.
The problem has been resolved after a long and laborious process.
